Tracy was absolutely superb in helping me over a 9-10month period. I’d lost my mum to cancer, and had other relationship issues. I knew what I wanted and together we set goals.

Tracy challenged me when I needed, but all sensitively. She changed my perspective on so many things and has armed me with the tools for what my future holds. I’ve recommended her to 1 friend so far. When I was just running out of hope, I reached out to Tracy. At first I was apprehensive as I didn’t really talk much but Tracy made me feel very welcome from the get go. Her warmth & welcoming presence made me feel at ease straightaway.

Throughout our sessions, I felt more & more comfortable. Tracy’s warm, caring, none judgmental & professional approach was just what I needed.

Absolutely amazing counsellor.

When I had first tried to start my counselling journey, I did so through the public route- and was unsuccessful. A few years later I was still struggling but was luckily in a position where I could consider private counselling, and after hours of comparing different people and what they offer and their methods of counselling- I had found Tracy would be the best fit for me.

I don’t drive but this was no issue as there a bus stop almost immediately outside of her space. I had a few sessions, coming in with what I had been struggling with for the last few years and her style of really letting me fi through everything and then asking questions intermittently was a great way of recognising my emotions and understanding of everything.

Obviously different journeys take different lengths of time, and different people will gain different things from their counselling experience(s)- but I can safely say I’d recommend Tracy through and through to anybody; from those who need subversive to talk to, to those with struggles that have been with them for all their lives.

The things that the sessions have taught me and helped me realise have continued to assist me in being a stronger version of my self and it is such a weight off of my shoulders. I have made a lot of big changes in my life and they have all been for the better.

When I started working with Tracy I was broken. My first meeting with Tracy involved a lot of tears and I believed I was "unfixable".

She told me I was "fixable" (although I didn't believe her!) and encouraged me to trust the process. She said it may take a while but I would get there.

Over the course of three months she changed my life. I am now in such a good place and comfortable in my own skin. I have dealt with my personal demons, and things that would have triggered me previously are now completely inconsequential. The knock on has had such a positive effect in all areas of my life.

The hardest thing to do when you are struggling mentally is to admit to yourself that you have a problem. When you concede to yourself that you need help, only then is when the healing can begin.

If you are struggling, and you need help - I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough. She is professional, discrete, compassionate and exceptional at helping you break down those inner barriers that hold a lot of us back. Thank you Tracy x
