Tracy helped me on and off over the course of 2 years with many different issues, mainly grief. I always felt comfortable pausing therapy and coming back.
From having a previous therapist, I knew from the first meeting with Tracy that she was going to be great. The way Tracy has helped me question and understand the situations I face(ed) has completely changed my mindset and I have never been happier as a person. Tracy is a fantastic therapist and asks the questions needed whilst always being supportive and warm. I would thoroughly recommended Tracy and I am sad to no longer need her - a testament to Tracy!

Tracy is a wonderfully intuitive, insightful and supportive therapist. From the first meeting I felt reassured despite my nervousness of entering the unknown.
