Jan is absolutely amazing at her job and an incredible person. Her knowledge on mental health is never ending- and she is so passionate. Slow to none email responses (and who would call a therapist on the phone who may be in the middle of a session?)

I give 3 stars, which is the current Google review rating, so I won’t alter the score, as I think could be a wonderful therapist.

However, please don’t choose to contact in a mental health crisis as no replies for days and days - or just not at all.

Don’t contact through the BACP website contact form as no response.
