We have just returned from another excellent holiday organised by Kate at Transcend. This is the fourth time we have booked through Kate because her understanding of what you are looking for, added in with her expert knowledge really does find you the perfect holiday.
We were working to a tight timescale due to passport issues and Kate found us several options within our budget/dates.
The holiday we decided on to Zafiro Rey Don Jaime, Santa Ponsa met and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel had everything we requested and the beach was a short walk away, giving us options of where we wanted to spend our time.

Thanks to Kate again for arranging another holiday for us. Enjoyed Menorca staying at Cala Galdana, a lovely and quiet Horseshoe Bay. Always helpful in finding somewhere which suits us. Sends us hard copies of boarding passes etc and checks us in online making travelling easier.

Since I found Kate and Trancend Travel 5 years ago I have never used anyone else. The level of service is above and beyond anything I have experienced with other travel agents. Kate is passionate about travel but more importantly passionate about her clients. My budget for family holidays is limited, however Kate works tirelessly to find us perfection everytime. How she manages to provide bespoke holidays with my budget is beyond me. Once the holiday is booked her commitment doesn't end. Kate remains in contact with any updates, she is approachable if I have difficulty keeping up regular payments and is always prepared to come up with a solution.
