I have edited this review as we are nearly a year on and are still having to deal with the shocking and hurtful behaviour of Ms Tregale at TBH and it is important that the people who may consider using this firm know the truth.

We are following through a complaint against TBH as Ms Tregale has continued to treat my husband with absolute contempt. Her sloppy management and downright unkindness is dreadful. Please do private message me if you would like any more details, and please whatever you do, do not use this firm of solicitors.

This is my first review:
We are having a nightmare with TBH. If you are thinking about preparing a will go literally anywhere else but here, they are shocking. We are not being treated like the grieving family which we are, but pawns in some horrible legal drama. Please do not use them, no one should have to deal with this unhuman and inhumane treatment. We have had to use another solicitor to deal with this one. Two days after losing a parent this is the most appaling behaviour.
TBH may factually be correct that although we are the family of the deceased because they were made executor (please don't do that if you are reading this) we are not a client, but the behaviour is awful.
They call themselves "friendly" let us assure you they are anything but and intend to ensure that this story is told to anyone who might be considering using this firm.
