My family used this Solicitors to sort out my late Mothers estate. My personal dealings with Trevor was that he was very unprofessional and tardy in sorting out her affairs. He had zero empathy for my loss at the time. How he communicated with me in various letters was absolutely shocking considering I had recently lost my Mother. Surely a professional in this line of work of Wills & Probate should know better and be aware of the grief involved. The final bill we received escalated beyond belief. If I had my time over again - knowing what I know now - I would have advised to stay well clear. Very poor indeed - considering the hourly rates they charge out at.
