The surgeon and his theatre team can't be faulted, however the office/paperwork side of the team are a massive let down.

Had surgery in Feb, was called in May nearly 100days later to say I had an outstanding amount owed.
I contested as I had no followup to my surgery and was told by the reception team I had paid in full. I was told by the phone I would receive a call back and have just received another call in September!

They have claimed that they have sent mail and tried to call but I have received none of these.

Admin team are a major waste of time.
