One of the worst experiences in "professional" services I ever had. No responsiveness in emails/calls, no guidance/assistance during tax filling process, and constant follow-ups and chasing on my behalf, with emails and calls for them to complete the work that was paid for and delegated to them in the first place. A very simple, self-assessment tax case took them 5 months to complete, only to be magically resolved in a couple of days after I mentioned resorting to the Consumer Ombudsman. STAY FAR AWAY!

Terrible experience. Very slow to reply, took them over 4 months to give us a simple PNL and at the end the numbers weren’t even correct or accurate and they only submitted a draft.

They constantly begged us to pay them for more additional services even though we didn’t have the results from the services we already paid.

Very unprofessional, very rude and overall pathetic excuse of a company. Pathetic customer services, everyone working there should be ashamed or embarrassed with their attempt to be in this industry and cater to paid clients.

They refuse to let you come meet them in person. Very shady, would consider a scam if looked into more.

Reported them to be investigated by consumer protections.

Stay far away.

this is in response to their reply. You pathetic liars I don’t know how you sleep at night.

The situation only escalated after we went months no contact and asked to have an in person meeting to resolve these issues and you lied twice about when we could meet. We had ticket booked for August and then October and then all of a sudden you can’t meet because of covid policies. Now you will claim it’s because you didn’t want to work with us? We left your company because of your inability to handle due diligence.

UKBC is a group of unethical and lying heathens, how dare you try and switch the narrative.

If you’re going to keep lying, let me assist your memory.

You submitted us a PNL after we requested it and it didn’t include 80% of our fiscal activity for the year.

We have already transitioned to a different company and your legal threat is so laughable like you don’t already have two formal complaints by your company and a third one pending. Our address has already changed. Scam company.
