The service we received from Jon and Steve was exemplary. We contacted them at a moments notice in the hope that they would be able to meet our incredibly short deadline. We had found our brand new dream bungalow and were only able to secure the purchase if we could exchange and complete a week before Christmas. They assured us that they would be able to meet this deadline and we needn't have doubted them for a minute. They went above and beyond to do so and we were able to meet our deadline and move in, in good time for Christmas. I cannot convey highly enough, the trouble that they went to, in fact; nothing was too much trouble and they took the usual hiccups in the process in their stride and completely took all of the stress out of the situation for us. All in all, they turned a very uncertain situation into an, all too rare; stressless and positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

We tried to sell our house and small holding via this company. I think people need to be aware the final offer will be alot lower than the initial offer. Our house was on the market at £510k they offered £408k. Then they said the price needs reviewing via two local agents. The first one took a week to get back to homebuyers who reduced our house value and the other agent didn't get back at all, so how sales can go through in as little as 2 weeks I've no idea. But in the end based on the one review it was looking like we would get a max of £ 332k which was far too low to do anything. We never did hear anymore but probably just as well I guess.

I found UK Homebuyers very good to deal with, they have just bought a house I have recently inherited.
I was a bit cautious at first but explained my concerns to Lauren on the phone and she explained each step and what would happen throughout and I am pleased to say all went to plan throughout.
I wanted a quick sale with no chains, viewings or nonsense from buyers (the house was in bad condition) and that is exactly what I got.
Would recommend if you need to sell a house quickly and can't be bothered with the normal open market and buyers.

A very disappointing and unproffesional service ending in being offered one quarter the value of the property having paid out a fortune in fees already. They clearly thought they had us over a barrel and halved their offer at what should have been close to completion. We were ordered to take the property off the market before they would proceed with the purchase and despite being offered more by another buyer we kept to our side of the bargain. They have proven to be unworthy as property buyers in our estimation and I would warn anyone desperate enough to be taken in by them to think again and go elsewhere. I dare not say this is a scam but it certainly feels like we have been taken for a long ride a d dropped off a precipice. Marcus you failed us totally and I feel pity for you doing the 'work' you do. You must be desperate to lead people on like this. YOU WERE FULLY AWARE OF THE GROUND RENT FROM THE OUTSET AND DIDN'T NEED OUR SOLICITOR TO PROVIDE A MANAGEMENT PACK TO TELL YOU WHAT WE HAD ALREADY TOLD YOU/SHOWN YOU.
