I would NEVER EVER recommend this solicitors to anyone as Hans Davies is horrendous as a solicitor. My ex has been using him for divorce for 2.5 years and I have been dealing with him and this whole case has been totally unprofessional and dragged out costing me a fortune by not responding to e mails, calls, and so much more which is now in the hands of the board of the SRA. Had to give one star to post comment but shouldn’t get any

Recently moved house and decided to use Underwoods after a previous positive experience with them 5 years ago. However, service and correspondence seemed slow in the months leading up to exchange. A lot of the 'last minute' paperwork jobs we found ourselves doing quickly to encourage exchange and completion could have been finalised weeks before we were asked for them, which made the process even more stressful that it already was. I doubt I'll use them again.
*edit* I was thankful for hand deliveries close to deadline but i feel this could have been avoided and we were never(!) told that our deadline was unachievable so that's not out fault for lack of communication.
