We were first time buyers , hence we needed a trustworthy adviser to assist in the purchase and also help us find the best product suited to our needs. Josh is a very experienced and knowledgeable professional. He took the time to understand our mortgage needs and provided the best product for our situation and gave all apt options. He stood and supported us not just in “professional” capacity but as a “friend” and answered to all our silly questions and queries (as First time buyer ) and never hesitated to take our calls/texts even at odd times . Josh even assisted us with other services and processes that we were unaware of . Great communication along the way with clear advice and support from a qualified broker! Josh Webb helped me in every way possible to find the best mortgage deal out there to fit my circumstances. He would send me various illustrations, propose different options, and kept in regular contact throughout my application. We were coming to the end of our 5 year fixed rate mortgage and wanted to sell our flat and buy a house. We therefore required a financial broker to look and new rates and products as well as increasing our borrowing. Josh was fantastic from the start. He explained everything really well, answered all our endless questions and was really quick with his emails or calls. Josh helped us get the best rate product which worked for us and to allow us to find our next home. Josh was able to explain all the products, the rates, compare them all and give us break downs to monthly payments and how this can change if we went for a longer mortgage.

Josh helped me find the right insurer who was best suited to look after my wife and I.
