Darren and his team, or 'family' as I choose to call them.......are on my list of the kindest, most caring people in this awful world. I have interacted with them for three departed souls now, the most recent being my mum.......they are rapid in their response to care, attentive in every respect, and caring to the most unimaginable degree.......I will recommend them to anyone who is unfortunately bereaved.......and I will go on recommending them until it is time for them, or their descendants to take me into their good care. Alison and Darren have been so kind and helpful at every step. The service they provide is both professional and very special. My cousin had met Darren when he decided to purchase a funeral plan and he also knew Alison in her capacity as nurse. So it was very comforting to know that John was being well cared for by people he knew. Darren’s support on the day of the funeral was wonderful and greatly contributed to the smooth running of the day. I thoroughly recommend this excellent, caring company.

Words cannot express my gratitude for the care and compassion that both Darren and Alison have shown towards me and my late husband.
When we knew my husband was going to die I had a meeting with Darren to discuss our wishes for his funeral.
10 weeks later when Darren came to take my husband into his care I felt safe and at ease. I was able to participate if I so wished and I knew my husband would be well cared for.
On the day of the funeral I knew exactly what would happen because Darren had explained everything.
It was exactly as we had hoped for. Calm and dignified.
I would recommend this service to anyone and I have requested that when Imy time comes that my executors ask Darren to take me into his care. Darren and Alison are very special. Thank you.

Throughout the arrangements for my dear Mum's funeral, Darren and Alison couldn't have been more caring or thoughtful. I would like to thank Darren and Alison for all they did for us following the death of my father in law. The care and the compassion they showed to all the family was so natural and truly came from the heart. They went above and beyond to make sure Johnny had the funeral that he and my mother in law Eileen wanted, nothing we asked for was too much for them to sort out. They treated Johnny with total respect and consideration from the moment they collected him from the hospital, this same respect was what we all felt was shown to us through the whole funeral process and beyond. It was the little things that they did that truly made us feel that everything was so personal, this was an experience that has left us all with memories to treasure and that is 100% down to Darren and his team.
