I am only a small one man business based in Bingley. Tom at Urban IT Support was recommended to me several years ago by a friend as I was having issues with my old laptop. Since meeting Tom he has help me purchase and set up a new laptop, he has built my business website which has helped my business grow, he has always been available when I have had IT issues no matter what time of day and none more so that this last weekend when on Saturday morning he was able to diagnose that my hard drive was about to crash. In the space of thirty six hours he had replaced the hard drive and had everything up and running again by 8.45am on Monday.
I cannot praise Tom enough for going the extra mile at a weekend to make sure that I was back up and running in time for the start of the week.
I have already recommended him to another colleague who in turn has used his services to build his website. Thank you for a first class service.
