I have recently undergone hypnotherapy sessions with Valerie. It has been such a positive, life changing experience for me. A Five Star Life Changing Experience! I highly recommend it!

I am part way through my journey & have already travelled miles & miles in my mind, guided very sensitivity and skillfully by Valerie. I feel safe with her and trust has come very easily. Each time, I slip into hypnosis quickly. It always amazes and surprises me where the journey takes me but most importantly, my view of the world and my place in it seems changed afterwards, as if I have taken the blindfold off and can see my future without my old hangups. I visited Valerie only a few days ago feeling very nervous and unsure of what to expect but from the very first moment I met Valerie I felt at ease . Valerie was a worm caring and genuine person with a lovely sense of humour to make your feel comfortable and relaxed. During my hypnosis I had uncontrollable emotions that came from no where on several occasions and whilst talking about my fears of flying the feelings were horribly real but after Valerie talking to me and then asking me to take myself through the scenario again l felt calm n in control of my feelings but no fear was present. The real test will be when I fly in September but I'm liking the feelings of possitivety and not dred . I would highly recommend going if you are thinking about it. Fantastic lady.
