I have been a client of Valued since its inception as a medium sized business owner and laterally as a small consultancy practice owner. As such I feel I have a clear / first hand experience and understanding of its value base .
Whilst I understand the current trend of using motivational and philosophical sound bites to promote companies aka (Stephen Bartley) I believe Valued undersells its belief system as I don’t think any ‘bites’ can capture the real essence of humanisation and person centred nature of what Valued truly does and has always stood for. From its humble beginnings to its heady heights as a growing company Valued has shaped its services around people not inanimate businesses.
In a nutshell valued has shown compassion and understanding whether it be to put an arm around my accountancy needs small / large or indeed to dynamically respond to rapid growth or indeed an exit strategy and sale. Witnessing Valued’s continued investment and development of people which has given a sense of belonging / ownership and autonomy within the staff team has been a pleasure to watch over the years.
