Just purchased another van for our business. Nothing was too much trouble, a great experience from start to finish. A hidden gem in Lincolnshire providing a traditional service (they even polished the vehicle, unlike some of the large dealer groups) Very well priced.

Called in yesterday to ask about mobility car guy on one service department was lovely and went to found us a salesman. That's when it all went downhill salesman obviously had somewhere else to be did nothing but keep looking at his watch and try to sale me an electric car which i didnt want . I know salesman don't make much money from a mobility car but surely you want to think that they would want to uphold the customer service for they company. Anyway it was his loss because not only did I go to another dealer and get my car but because the other dealer was so accommodating my partner decided to buy himself a new car to at that dealer

Came into the showroom today, was looking at the range of cars, in particular the new Mokka for my partner, felt the salemans who saw us, couldnt really be arsed, kept wanting to flog us an electric car, when we clearly stated we were looking at petrol on mobility, we didnt stay long, and then went to another showroom, who couldnt do enough for us a completely different experience, shame really as all the staff im sure are lovely, just the one who dealt with us needs to brush up on his sales skills in a more welcoming manner

I’ve just recently changed my car there & it’s the 3rd vehicle that I’ve purchased from them. Nothing is too much trouble & if you have any issues afterwards, you only have to contact them & they will endeavour to rectify it within a day or two if they possibly can. Their service team are great too, they’ve serviced every one of my vehicles, even my 1st which wasn’t even a Vauxhall, but they still did to their high standards. My son has recently passed his test & has purchased his 1st car from them too, & I know he will have miles of trouble free motoring like me.
