Abysmal, lack of gp care, lack of health information or even curtesy. The poor receptionists do their best but getting to see a gp is impossible. We have had four appointments only to arrive when no GP is available.

Today I tried to get an emergency appointment for my child. Not only did the receptionist treat it as routine she also hung up the phone on me. Absolutely unacceptable when a child is ill.
