Vero HR offer professional services with cost effective solutions delivered by experienced approachable staff. I have used them to supply and support our HRIS system (Cezanne) which has surpassed all expectations from implementation to functionality and the solutions it delivers in an auditable format. Alex Redhead is their Technical Manager and he really took time to understand the needs and make up of the Company which has been invaluable as we have grown , made changes and added on other modules. Vero HR have services which I will be implementing to support deliver my HR goals such as e-learning compliance courses. They also provide really good employment law updates, webinars and fact sheets to ensure you are always ahead of the game with changes. I would highly recommend.

Following a personality clash after starting a new role, I was instructed to raise my resilience AND pander to the ‘sensitivities’ of the other person. To put up with the other persons character no matter what that is like AND change my character. To live with constant personal life problems from the other person AND change my ways. I resigned in confusion and Vero HR didn’t even ask what had happened. Verging on illegal. Absolutely non inclusive. Extreme lack of equality.

I had a very bad experience with this company. The job specificaiton they gave me was very different to what was outlined to me in a third interview. They also did not tell me that there was a previous manager in this role who had not stayed at the company very long due to issues with duties. There was very little regard or care for my time and commitment.
