I’ve been working for Virtual Pharmacist for just over 1 year now and they are an exceptional company to work for. Clear support network in place from Head Office, Workflow Team/Admin, Clinical Director and Senior Pharmacist's, no question goes unanswered, very flexible with hours and adaptable to change. Even though remote based there is true camaraderie amongst colleagues both with VP and practice, and with a great variety of assigned workload amongst different practices my professional development has come leaps and bounds compared to when I was GP practise based. Would highly recommend to any pharmacist seeking a change in working environment with more focus on work/life balance.

I’m not entirely sure how the recruitment team have been able to find such hard working & knowledgeable pharmacists but it gives so much reassurance during your day to day to know you are only a screen message away from unlimited support within the team and patients across the UK are getting an amazing service from friendly pharmacists. Head office are always so prompt and help resolve and queries you may have. I have even recommended their services to my own GP as they could definitely utilise the skills and expertise VP posses.
