We used the company to get our footings passed by the building control since the Buider had not called building control inspectors at the relevant stage and quite frankly we were in deep problems.The company didn’t charge us any ridiculous amount for the work or milk it so to speak.
They also made drawings for a roof already in place and advised us for the necessary changes for construction calculations to be acceptable.
The building control had no issues with the proposal.
Waqas came out on very short notice, there was no call out charge, no money upfront and with his fair price, you would have something wrong with you, not to use him.
He also offered advice on a issue which was not his specialty and it was of great help.
We would use his services and highly recommended him, there are plenty who quite frankly, rob people .

Recently undertook services with WA Design Consultants. Waqas the structural engineer who provided the service was very responsive. All works we’re undertaken as discussed and reports/findings were shared in a timely manner.

The after care and customer service was equally strong, and questions I had post works were addressed thus customer care was not forgotten post works.

I contacted WA for a one off technical drawing in support of a building regulations application to alter a structural wall. Their response was quick and easy to understand. I did originally contact a cheaper online service which used online templates. This response hindered more than it assisted. The personal touch with WA is key. I wish I went with WA in the first place. I would recommend.
