Would never used them again. No justice was found by V.B even though the evidence was handed to her I black and white. Also medical records showed I had carbon monoxide poisoning

A truly dreadful experience. A truly inexperienced group from Chris Detheridge, the MD down to Sarah Green (nee Sharpe). If you want an estate and/or a trust to be managed, I beg you to go anywhere else but with these shysters (in my opinion)!!!

Appointed Debby Gittins to deal with the conveyancing in relation to the sale of my father's bungalow. She was totally professional whilst remaining compassionate to his situation, throughout what was a 'bumpy' sale. She works ridiculously long hours to satisfy her clients and make sure they're kept appraised of current proceedings. I would absolutely recommend her without hesitation.

I would give this company a zero star if there's an option to do so. There is absolutely no transparency with their fee structure. The bills seem to be bottomless. I felt like I got scammed. They also emailed me about someone else's property that's not related to me. Really unprofessional. I am considering getting in touch with the Ombudsman.

Dreadful.

Obstructive, unhelpful, unprofessional. Used to be fine, had perfectly good service from them for several years, but no longer.

Avoid this company like the plague.

I am preparing a complaint prior to referring it to the Ombudsman.
