I have had the pleasure of having Paul, take over my case. He is an absolute legend with dealing with the matter. He makes sure everything is explained to me in detail, as well as simplify the words I don't understand. He is quick to deal with any issues I have. Very easy to talk to. There is another lady who deals with the email side of things and she is 'Amber Farooq' who is super quick at replying back to emails and was lovely to meet when I had to go into the Burnley office.
