I've had a fantastic experience with Waddington Turner Wall, Emma has been incredible during a very difficult time. One if the things I appreciated the most was being able to talk through decisions and options on the phone, Emma really helped put my mind at ease when I was worried and made sure I clearly understood my choices. I also appreciated the introduction of experts from within the company to ensure I received the best advice, they even held a group meeting to discuss my situation and Emma helped me to access mediation when needed. Emma Downey has recently worked for me on a very frustrating financial matter and the three words I would use to describe her are professional, clinical and effective! Everything was dealt with calmly and meticulously. Emma did not let emotion affect her work (and I was highly emotional at times), she kept me balanced and focused.
