I have used this firm for my divorce, one aborted conveyancing, and one successful conveyancing. The staff are personable and friendly, costs are reasonable, and they are meticulous. Speed of communication in some instances could do with improvement, but overall, I am satisfied. I have used solicitors in the past who buried me in needless letters and over-communication, so there's a sweet spot somewhere!

We instructed Wainwright & Cummins to take care of our home purchase. Katie McCaughin was assigned to support us and we are extremely delighted with the work done. Katie was very proactive with the checks and gave us very practical advise to ensure we progressed in a timely manner which was very important to us. In the end, we managed to complete in just over a month from instruction which is a fantastic achievement given the stamp duty holiday rush.

My partner’s involvement with this firm started back in 2018 to take care of a simple legal procedure. Last my partner has heard of them was in September 2020. They have been ignoring his emails ever since. I am now the one that is getting in contact with the firm to try and get some sort of update on this very straight forward procedure. My partner’s case is not being handled professionally if at all. We are three years in and this issue still hasn’t been seen through. They have inspired more stress, confusion and frustration than trust and support.
