Steven Sharpe at the Maidstone branch has genuinely gone above and beyond, even before we had our offer accepted on a property in Allington.
Each time we requested a visit to see the property, he has enthusiastically arranged this and met us at the property, and allowed us to spend as much time there as we needed.
It is now only 2 weeks into the purchase of the property, and he has continues to be involved in the sales process to make sure our purchase is going smoothly.

If I could give -5 stars I would.

Purchasing my first property through Wards Maidstone was the single most stressful personal project I've ever been involved in.

The lack of communication and co-ordination from multiple estate agents almost resulted in the deal falling through on several occasions.

None of the estate agents earned their commission and they should all be put on a communication and coordination course.

Buying your first property should be an exciting time in your life however this experience with Wards has been everything but exciting.

The only positive experiences I had in this process was using their third party mortgage broker and Solicitors. I'd recommend these third party agents as the process was very smooth but not Wards.

I won't be using Wards ever again and suggest you stay far away from all Wards branches nationwide but especially the Maidstone office.
