Impossible to say how great Victoria at Wards has been. Nothing was too much trouble. She explained everything, kindly and without ego. Went above and beyond on so many occasions. Held my hand through every step of the confusing process. Never treated me like an idiot no matter how many questions I asked. Efficient, direct, unflustered. Calm during all the difficult bits.
