Whilst long waiting times, the counsellor that supported me was absolutely brilliant. Long after therapy I continue to benefit from the sessions feeling more independent, resilient and in control of my own life. Forever grateful ?

They told me my initial telephone appointment was just admin when I specifically asked if I would have to go into any detail about my trauma I was told no. Then they pressed me for details. They do more damage than good.
