I attended the Vision & Goal setting workshop. I find goal setting a challenge, Anna guided us with great skill to set our goals for the year and showed us how to break them down into manageable chunks. The session was very practical and Anna challenged us to think more deeply about our vision and how we can get there. A great session and my overwhelm around goal setting has eased. I thoroughly recommend a session with Anna - she'll help you to discover clarity amongst the clutter in your brain and get more focused on your business.

Another great session with Anna focusing on vision & goals for the year! I struggle with detail & am a big picture person, so being given the tools to break this down into what it actually means to achieve my goals, is super-useful. Anna takes you through steps to not only think about what your goals are, but how you go about realistically achieving them. She encourages you, but at the same time gently pushes you to think about what it actually means to have a particular goal & gets you to drill down further, so that you come away with an actionable plan. I have been part of the We are Tabono community since 2019. As a solopreneur running her own business from home, I often feel quite lonely without colleagues to chat to and share ideas with. When lockdown hit, as for many others, thing changed rapidly and I don't know what I would have done without Chloe and Anna's unstinting support and guidance, their networking group truly was my 'lockdown survival kit'.

I decided that their one-to-one mentoring would help me to refocus and grow my business both during and after the pandemic to help me restablise and realise my goals. I have worked with many coaches during my 17 years of running a business, all helping me learn and grow but having two of them helping me reflect, strategise and sometimes hold back and not overcommit helped me more than I ever anticipated. Chloe and Anna both have very different, but complementary strengths and this is their uniqueness in the business mentoring world. If it was a mindset or confidence issue Chloe would often step forward and guide me out of the hole I was digging myself into, but if I needed strategic guidance and an overall look at direction, time management or the day-to-day functioning of my business, Anna stepped in and shared her expertise.

The results in my business since I have been working with them both speak for themselves. Going from a huge wobble during lockdown and watching my bookings disappear overnight, not knowing what was going to happen, to a focused thriving business as a Teenage Anxiety Specialist, working one to one with both parents and young people, with true passion and drive for this area of my work. I have published two books in this field, one for parents and one for young people and now regularly share my writing and thoughts about supporting teenagers both as a parent of two and as a professional to an ever-expanding community of readers and supporters of my work. Anna once described me as a 'thought leader' which I resisted in every possible way. She could see this potential before I could, knowing that I needed time to grow into this role in my work and life and feel confident about doing so. They kept faith in me when I didn't have any and saw the bigger picture when I couldn't.

Right now, I am in consolidation rather than growth mode, after a few continuous years of driving forward, and the support from Chloe and Anna has helped me to see that this is okay, a reflective period of calm while I decide on my next steps rather than leaping into another project and taking on too much.

I cannot underestimate the value both of them have given both me as a business owner and my business itself. I know that they are behind me, encouraging me every step of the way and for that I am truly grateful. I cannot recommend working with them both highly enough, you will not regret it.

I found We Are Tabono via a local facebook group recommendation. I was at a stage in my life, where I felt a little lost, and not sure what my purpose and goals were. From my first conversation with Chloe, I could tell she really got me, and what I wanted to achieve. I started my coaching sessions with a certain goal, but as the conversation and weeks evolved, it became clear that there were other things at play, that I hadn't even considered, and those things needed addressing first. Working with Chloe has given me clarity and perspective, and she has taught me how to manage my feelings and thoughts of guilt, which became apparent was really overshadowing everything I was doing. I am not clear on my values, and what those values mean to me. It feels like I had a pair of glasses on that weren't the right prescription for me, and Chloe has handed me a new pair which allows me to view things differently and more clearly.
