A horrible experience with Debbie Austin.

I was introduced to Debbie by my solicitor from Bower Bailey. I first got in touch with her on Oct 14. She needed to head off work early, so asked me to send info over email. Then it took her 2 weeks to get back to me and then a further 2 weeks to set up an initial call.

Then she provided me with costing after 2 days of the call. Nothing is concrete. The costing she provided was all in ranges and at very uncompetitive rate. For example, a single self-return would cost £500-600. This is more than 2x of another account I got a quote and 3x from an online service.

I replied with what services I’m interested in and the price I’m interested, as everything is in a range, so I suggested a figure. Then it took her another 2 weeks to get back to say No.

So I would recommend Wellers for anyone who has lots of 2 weeks to spare.
