I do not recommend it at all. Avoid it if you can! It's a total waste of money and time. Wessex family mediator was suggested by my solicitor as they do accept government voucher. However, my former partner did not want to attend in person or in a video conference. Instead, she wanted to "mediate" only via email. The worst thing is that the mediator said she can assist with "shuttle mediation." I never heard about this type of mediation; when asked to explain, the mediator simply refused, and as expected, this type of mediation was not a real mediation. In fact, the mediator read our proposals and asked if we agreed or not. Nothing else has been done by the mediator a part of taking £180 from me, £500 government voucher, and some money from my ex partner. I found this behaviour very unprofessional and money orientated. Avoid it. Do not waste your money and taxpayer money!

Gave incorrect outdated information. Gave conflicting information to that of a local well known and recommended solicitor. Gave the wrong information with regards to obtaining mortgages. Do not recommend!

Do not recommend. It states they do legal aid but my application was not submitted until the mediation completed. Not professional at all. I requested separate room before the mediation. I was asked on the day in front of my ex if I require a separate room, etc...
