Westcountry HR have become an integral part of our team and provide expansive knowledge for all of issues relating to HR. They have implemented performance reviews and training, tidied and improved our contracts and are always on stand-by when their services are needed. Westcountry HR have also introduced a staff handbook, which has been received positively by all staff but most importantly, Westcountry HR have taken the time to get to know each individual employee and build a trusting relationship with them.
