I have been a patient of Claire Bailey for over 16 years. I have followed her from her previous practice.
I have been having Physiotherapy since 1986 with less than satisfactory results by others, all over tge country.
I was fortunate that I was recommended to see Claire.
She knows my chronic conditions and virtually every week I have 45 minutes of intense treatment.
I cannot thank Claire enough for keeping me as mobile as is possible with my disability.

I have an assistance dog from Dogs for Good and Pepper lets Clair know, the second I enter the treatment room, he either lies down on his bed and settles or if I am struggling he will not leave my side. He reassures me.
Claire has also been able to recommend excellent Consultants and a specialist who is able to use Ultrasonic equipment to locate problematic Rotator Cuff injuries and inject steriods into them accurately.

As I have chronic RA and osteoarthritis in my knees, I am often in lots of pain and find walking difficult, I am on a waiting list for surgery in the future.
To help me with my condition I went to see Jovan at Western House Consulting Rooms for advice on Steroid Injection Treatment.
I had both knees injected, the relief was like being in heaven, I was able to go on holiday and not be in any pain, it was wonderful.
Five weeks later I’m still pain free.
I can’t thank Jovan enough for helping me to be pain free.
I would Recommend this treatment to anyone if it can help you, have a better life.

All the staff at Western House Consulting Rooms were very polite and professional. I went to see Jovan for the procedure which was for my knee draining and injecting because I was in pain walking and kneeling. It was a pain free procedure which has now given me pain free walking and kneeling I would just like to thank Jovan for being pain free. I would recommend Western House Consulting Rooms to anyone.

I saw Jovan for a trapped nerve in my neck as I was unable to get in with my GP. I was in agony & not sleeping. Jovan did a thorough assessment and was able to prescribe me medication for pain relief. That night I slept better than I had over the last week due to having the right medication to help with my symptoms. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Jovan.

Hi to begin with the pain was causing bad limping and hip issues compensating for it
The post injection was a little tender but was expected
After a few days of calming down the walking was easier and the pain was substantial in it's reduction
Just back from San Francisco and an 850 mile drive up the Pacific coast highway
I was pleasantly surprised that I could still walk properly
After much walking and being cautious it was still pain free
I would certainly recommend the procedure as it has been pain free since
The odd twinge has been felt but nothing to cause any issues
Lots of walking up hill, down hill, over rough terrain in Yosemite national park and still holding up

Following a lower back injury resulting from moving furniture and after several unsuccessful attempts at trying to get a GP appointment, I contacted Jovan at Western House. He instantly made me feel at ease, with a thorough examination of my mobility and located the cause of the pain. After my first physio session I could instantly feel a difference and some relief. Jovan continued to provide me with support, advice and follow-up exercises. However, the most important thing was that he was able to prescribe me with that all important pain relief, which enabled me to continue with my daily tasks, and resulted in a speedy recovery. I can't recommend Jovan enough, thank you so much for all your help and continued advice and support.
