I've attended 2 of the Weekenders and absolutely loved them. Both were completely different to each other and I came away from both feeling refreshed and accomplished! At both I felt comfortable and confident amongst a group of people I had never met. This was a huge thing for me.

The weekenders have helped me work on personal development, which in turn helped with my own business. There was laughter and there were tears, all beneficial and definitely needed to enable me to move forward.

Becky is incredible at what she does and who she brings together. You can trust her explicitly and feel safe in her hands. I can't thank her enough for the developments I've achieved and the difference they have made ❤️.

I attended the my first 5 week Empowerment course back in September anI attended the my first 5 week Empowerment course back in September and booked onto another straight after! I will be doing many more of Becky's courses and sessions for a long time! Becky is knowledgeable, patient and a ray of sunshine that everyone needs in their life. Becky helps you make those positive (sometimes challenging!) decisions that you need to make. I didn't know what I wanted to change but I knew I wanted to change something and Becky has helped every step of the way 🙂 For anyone else wanting to the same I highly recommend Westfield Coaching. I have just completed four group sessions with Becky and it is has been an incredible journey! I have discovered so much about myself and Becky has been with me every step of the way. The sessions were comfortable, safe and trusting. Becky respected my journey but also gently challenged my self-limiting beliefs. I still have work to do but Becky has given me some amazing tools to help me through some tough thinking. I am so very grateful for the encouragement and I am looking forward to my one to one session, bought for me as a gift voucher by a good friend, and now a vital "next step" in my journey.

Additional - I am about to have my fifth one-to-one session with Becky and I can't tell you the difference it has made to have her by my side. I am learning to set boundaries, work through resentment, anger (and fear) and, most importantly, to love myself. This journey has been incredible and I will definitely be investing in more sessions as I continue to tackle some of the big issues in my life. I am WORTH it!

A friend suggested that I contact Becky when I was at a bit of a crossroads after redundancy. Initially I was unsure but as soon as I took that first step and Becky contacted me for an initial discovery call, I was put at ease and knew that coaching with Becky was exactly what I needed. I attended a 5 week group coaching course and it made a real difference to my confidence. Becky helps you look at things in a different way and importantly for me, challenged me to come up with things that I wanted to achieve and made me think of the actions I needed to take to make these happen. Being in the small group setting was great too as you get the experience and perspective of others. I have since been on another group course with Becky and it was different because she tailors it to the needs of the group.
Becky is really friendly and knowledgable and her sessions are great fun. To anyone wondering what coaching is all about, I would say, just go for it and book your discovery call, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I met Becky at a networking event in Manchester last year. She was wearing orange, which is my favourite colour. I know that is not the way to pick a coach, but something drew me to her... We connected instantly.

I have worked with her as a business associate, but also have worked with her as my coach. She is amazing. She has such a warm personality, but she also gives you no place to hide. The reason being, she's been there. She knows the tricks you play on yourself as she's done it before!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Becky as a coach. She is funny, caring, sharp and of course loves orange! She is now one of my best cheerleaders...What more can you ask for?
