We utilized the WDRC to provide a customized staff training focusing on conflict resolution specific to our industry/workplace. Their communication throughout the planning process was top notch, the workshop content included everything we hoped for, was easy to absorb, and highly appreciated by our team, and they helped with day-of logistics, so everything went seamlessly. We have participated in past trainings by WDRC and are always impressed by their presenters and subject matter. We can't say enough good things about this excellent community resource!

Thanks WDRC team!

Ethos West is a proud supporter of this wonderful organization. As a small business, we will inevitably face conflict, and having the WDRC as a resource for collaborative conflict resolution, is so comforting. We feel so lucky to be in a community where an organization like this is available and accessible to ALL, be it for mediation services, trainings, facilitation, supervised visitation, youth programs, and the list goes on!

Welcome to the divorce grinder. This will be one of the gates you must pass. There exists a gender bias to the extreme and you will be treated accordingly. If you are of the affected gender you already know what I mean. Whatcom Dispute Resolution will hold you in the same contempt as modern society. I feel sorry for you and you have my sympathy. Let this be a warning to all young men who think about marriage. Attend divorce court proceedings first.

I didn’t have a good experience. The mediator had very poor communication. Claimed to have no knowledge of basic small claims court procedures as it effects mediation. Questions went unanswered through generic responses like they just let their outlook quick parts do most of the work. They waited until the moment of our appointment to catch up on relevant emails then didn’t read them correctly and gave me incorrect information, which wasted time. Then pressured me to hurry and sign a document the last minute of the day. Pressuring ME to sign a document while giving the defendant, a known narcissist, an arena to act controlling by making obviously trivial changes to said document and not giving me a second to review that change. If you are taking someone to court who is a narcissist, don’t go through this process. The mediator will likely allow the narcissist to control the process. A judge wouldn’t tolerate that.
