I've been to see Jula a few times over the last few years for very different reasons and she's always been so calming, understanding and supportive. It's like talking to a friend but without the worry of being judged.
I've also had hypnotherapy and even though I was extremely sceptical and still don't really believe I was "under", it worked! And I even had a Pandora's box opening moment whilst "under" which was extremely odd but fascinating.
It's great knowing I've got somebody to help me, if I ever need someone in the future. Thank you Jula!

I've reduced my star rating - though some of the things they've said has helped, my experiences here have actually reduced my trust in therapists because of the judgements they've made about me, that have been harmful and were never followed up (and affects me to this day) when I raised this in the session nor afterwards
