I have been a Director of a management company in Dorking for over 20 years and throughout this time we have used the good services of White and Sons Dorking as our Management Agent.
Our development is a reasonably large estate with 60 households consisting of half apartments and half houses.
We have always been well looked after by various members of staff and our current Senior Block Manager is Rebecca Henton.
Rebecca is very professional, knowledgeable and takes a "hands on" proactive approach to the running of our estate. She keeps us safe and well informed during the year.
She regularly attends our management meetings along with our AGM. Rebecca is polite, constructive and can take a firm approach if and when necessary.
There have been occasions involving sensitive issues on the estate where we have benefitted from Whites advice and guidance.
To the best of my knowledge I don’t know of a fellow director past or present that would disagree with these views.
