I'm disappointed with the law firm's handling of our commercial lease. Despite a promised timeline of 6-8 weeks, it's been over 5 months with no resolution. Communication is lacking, with unresponsive emails and no updates on search results. Our solicitor's slow pace has led to the landlord putting the building back on the market. Despite complaints to the supervisor and complaints manager, no action has been taken.

Terrible experience with this company. They clearly employ solicitors that do not care about their client. Couldn’t have imagined a worse experience. Multiple delays and lack of communication. They practically ignore the client and seem oblivious to any form of deadlines. Definitely AVOID.

An excellent firm who processed my late aunt!s will and our own complex lasting powers of attorney. The staff all the way through to the partners were polite and extremely professional (in the wider sense), with everything rigorously explained. The fees are more than some firms but on the other hand they are regulatory solicitors..
