Overpriced and poor slow service… it feels like this business doesn’t want private customers, basic annual returns are very expensive then there are additional costs for queries. Nothing delivered that was sold to me when I signed up.

This accountancy firm is not for small businesses. My parents received poor advice that cost their small business significantly. Mistakes were made in their calculations, which were not spotted as part of their own processes and no apology was made after they were discovered. They seemed incapable of explaining accountancy concepts in layman’s terms for those less knowledgeable than themselves. Very disappointing and would not recommend.
