Whittles have looked after our accounts for over 21 years now. Literally from day 1 when we didn’t really understand anything about running a small business they were there for us - guiding us and keeping everything in order. Super accountants to deal with. Have been a client for the last 12 years after a friend recommended switching to them. Very personal, pro-active service from the team and always available for advice. Accountant of Whittles left an open tax return for self-assessment and did not close this account after doing a self-assessment tax return for expenses being employed full time.

This has left now an outstanding amount of over £1700 and the accountant at Whittles refuses to allow another accountant to take over and correct his mistake.

Yes, we declined your invoice as you will not give an answer to why you did this, correct your mistakes, and we will pay the invoice.

Polite and friendly business, so I am sure this isn't Whittles as a business, just one of their accountants doesn't handle customer care very well, nor answer back to emails and makes excuses after excuses.
