I have just sold 2 properties with Wildings. I have to say this has been a regrettable experience. I have found the conveyancing team to be confrontational, argumentative, bombastic and unpleasant. They really need to understand they are a service industry and customers are due respect. On completion, there were errors with deductions and fees which were not explained. Not only were certain deductions unauthorised, but when called on to explain was met with further unpleasantness and hostility. I am involved in a large startup enterprise, Wildings WILL NOT be on our shortlist.
