I was contacted by this solicitors firm that consider themselves experts in business & personal law, requesting that I settle a debt that had been paid almost a year ago. This as one might expect caused unnecessary stress and upset, simply because the solicitor handling my case did not conduct her initial enquiries prior to contacting me. Wasting both mine, her clients and her own time as well as her clients money.

I am beyond disappointed and sickened to the deepest part of my soul and shocked that this solicitors firm is still in operation when they fall down at the very first stage of evidence collection.

I ask before you choose this solicitors firm that you evaluate the other choices available to you before you allow them to waste your money and time on poorly thought out procedures.

I sincerely hope to never come across this company again.

Unresponsive and unprofessional
Can’t speak to anyone but a receptionist as when they transfer you across your left on hold and eventually cut off
Nobody returns your calls when you leave your name and number

I trusted in the employment team to advise me during a 1 hour call. I was tricked and stung for 4 hours, charging me for notes I didn’t ask for, that were presented as a helpful extra touch. I was completely ripped off as it was obvious I was a small business owner new to legal fees and I thought I was booking one hour. They would not budge and I had to pay it!! Be very careful here

Taking over 3 weeks to reply to an email. Unresponsive and not interested in helping the customer. My house sale has been on hold for 4 months , because of Linden homes and Wilkin chapman who are representing them. Pure and utter incompetence. A simple query starting mid-October is yet to be resolved, but the delay in replying to emails or phone calls is really a low point.

They can never be bothered to answer in a timely manner. They are not interested in resolving issues, only wish to use certain cases as a training tool for trainee solicitors. Rip off merchants!

If I could give no stars I would DO NOT USE THESE SOLICITORS my mum passed away 2 years this September and we still haven't received our inheritance and have now been transferred to the Beverly branch and still waiting shame on you ?
