I needed to consult a solicitor and my case was assigned to Helen York who is really excellent. I found Helen to be extremely professional, offering concise and intelligible advice which has been invaluable in concluding the matter. Helen clearly has great experience in her field and I found her sensitive, compassionate and yet able to explain the issues being considered in a practical and balanced way. I highly recommend Helen York and would definitely seek her out in future for advice.

I have just paid off my final bill and can honestly say I have never received such terrible service. From the receptionists to the accounts team to the solicitors, every single person I spoke to was incredibly rude, made you feel like you were wasting their time and did not listen to even small requests such as which address to send important paperwork to. Please, for your own sanity, do not use this place if you are purchasing a house. They made the stress of it all 10 times worse and could not care less that they make you feel like that.

DON'T USE THESE SOLICITORS - POOR POOR. Awful first experience with this group of Solicitors - Had an appointment with a Probate Solicitor in Wellingborough this morning. Was advised when arranging the appointment that the first 30mins would be free. Loss and bereavement makes arranging snd sorting out quarrels and differences after a death of a close loved one very emotional and sensitive. I plucked up the gusto to arrange this appointment with their Probate Solicitor - all ready to set out and 40 mins before the appointment I am called by the solicitor to say it is not free but £180.00.
This was suppossed to be closure for me - it was going to be a new chapter after this meeting but the solicitor advised me to cancel if I can't pay the hourly fee - and told me that I was advised wrongly by the person handling my initial call. Good riddance Wilson Browne Solicitors. I think your customer service is disgusting and particularly hurtful given the reason I was meeting with Rachel in the first place. NO STARS is too high a rating - but this website wouldnt let me post so I have given the lowest. No customer care - no reasonable resolve to your error. POOR POOR POOR.

Maybe changing your ways and being more transparent about your charges i.e free consultation would help rather than say "the answer is in a leaflet" you get mostly poor reviews for a reason. Maybe you need to stop making excuses like "your not my client" Theres a reason why they arent
