Due to their incompetence at accounting, I was charged extra employee tax. When I spoke to the team, I was gaslighted and made to believe the error was on my part and my calculations were wrong. Eventually after many months of emails and phone calls, they admitted their wrongdoing. However I was still not compensated by HMRC for the overpayment on tax because this company didn't provide them with the evidence required. Also worth noting they randomly sent me a HMRC document not pertaining to me at all, that was meant for someone else. Definite GDPR breach. Shambles of a company.

We transferred our accounting almost immediately after having had an introductory meeting with Wilson Sanford. At the time we were in a difficult period of transitioning from a sole trade to a limited and VAT registered business. With much to organise and lot of time sensitive elements to arrange, we were under a lot of pressure to find help.

The team at Wilson Sanford have been amazing from day dot. Despite all of the issues faced, they have been on hand to assist with setting up, registering and training for all elements of our business.

I simply couldn't recommend Wilson Sanford and the team any higher! They are always a pleasure to deal with and have been a big part of business growth for us over the last year that we have been with them.

I myself faced a big role change moving into finance alongside other elements within our business. No matter what issue I run in to, the team are on hand to discuss and provide detailed assistance wherever I need it.

In short, our business nor me personally would have ever progressed so much and so smoothly without them.
