Lee fixed my husband's laptop a few months ago with a new hardrive, more ram and a full reset. We had it back within 12 hours.

As a new not for profit organisation we were very lucky to have been given some donated laptops which Lee did a full diagnostic check on straight away. He very quickly got back in touch to let us know what needed to be done to get them fit for purpose. He then sorted all the issues out for us and even donated one of his own laptops to our organisation for free. Great service, no confusing technical speak and all done for a very competitive price. Very quick service at a fair price.
Lee fitted a new SSD drive in my ridiculously slow laptop and cloned everything from the old HDD onto the new drive. Start up time went from 6 minutes to 17 seconds! Would highly recommend Wirral Laptop Repairs to anyone looking to upgrade a slow laptop.

My surface pro died after an update failure and I could not start it up at all. I googled laptop repairs in my area and Wirral Laptop repairs was a close business for me. I called and they arranged for my surface to go in straight away within the same hour and diagnose the issue. Within a couple of hours, Lee was able to diagnose, rebuild the laptop and repair. Pricing to fix was very reasonable and the speed was thoroughly appreciated as I needed my surface urgently.
