Absolutely shocking service! I appreciate my trust fund bequeathed to me is of little value so is probably ignored but as a retired Oap on a small pension every penny counts. I have called on several occasions to trace what is happening I have received 1 communication several months ago and replied immediately! Since then I have heard nothing I have called and been told that the message was passed on but still nothing!
Do not waste your money on this company unless you are very wealthy

Very disappointed with Mrs. Pinnegar. Acute kidney injury is not worth her effort. To look at the case took her weeks. A sad case against the NHS was not worth the effort. Very promising on the telephone but only wasted my time. Not to be recommended.

Misleading experience. Quoted for a fee on the FULL exchange of a house, we aborted a month in and were expecting a lesser fee because Wollens had only completed the searches we had already paid. They decided it was fair to charge us the full whack for a fraction of the work. I would not recommend working with them.

A big thankyou to Steve and Ashley in resolving my separation and transferring the property over for me and my daughter.
Its taken its time as these things do but it was all worth it in the end. We had great communication from you and things were explained in the easiest way possible. When we did come in the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. I am forever greatful for your kindness and patience.

Made a enquiry a few weeks ago and they told me someone would phone me back. They never did until a couple of days afterwards and then I phoned them back. No one answered then they phoned me back and then I phoned them back and still haven’t spoke to anyone. Very poor communication and Contact. Will try someone else. “Sophie you’re diabolical at calling people back”
