I followed an online advertisement which led me to X-Claims and they have just succeeded in claiming compensation for me for a missold FSAVC pension.

I have been very pleased with the level of service I have received throughout the claim process (which has taken about 6 months) Lorraine was both friendly and professional from the outset, clearly explaining the process to me and answering all of my questions. Communication throughout has been prompt and informative and I have had nothing to do but wait for the claim to be settled while Lorraine and her team did all of the work.

X-Claim have been excellent from the start, a clear explanation as to the process, once I had provided them with all the information I had they did the rest. A very efficient service, Sophie was superb. Always on top of things and kept me regularly updated with my claims progress. Any delays were predominantly the result of the FSCS dragging their feet.
X-Claim got me far more than I thought they would, all in all an excellent service, a company well worth using.
