As the Digital Designer at Teachers First, I chose XReflow to develop the website I designed. Dave, Managing Director, was extremely helpful and supportive from start to completion. He answered every question and request I had, and I have a website that perfectly matches my vision and design. Would highly recommend and would work with them again!

DECEITFUL, FRAUDULENT, UNTRUTHFUL, UNETHICAL.

These are just 4 words that come to mind when considering writing a review for this company (and indeed any subsequent company that a certain director by the name of David Riches is the head of (whether that is connected to directly or indirectly).

I am writing this review as a previous client of XREFLOW Ltd (companies house no. 10144800) that any client current or prospective client doing any form of due diligence should be aware of.

My 5 year dealings with the company and indeed the Managing Director have been painful to say the least with the net result being a very lengthy legal process and court battle lasting 4 of those years which saw repeated deceitful retention of client funds with a non-supply of works (i.e. website creation, IT services etc). Mr Riches / Xreflow made several promises to not only us as a business but our legal team too which he reneged on, he lied about undisputable facts, he retained client funds for personal gain it is believed (investigation is yet to prove this but the writing is on the wall given the other information to hand) and this person and firm is NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

I believe now that he has filed for liquidation as the company XREFLOW LTD and since started up multiple other companies (he has previous for this as anyone researching this will discover – starting companies, taking capital and then liquidating and then simply rolling the company into a new one to rinse and repeat). Rest assured I have no doubt in my mind this will happen again to other people and clients and I write this warning for anyone reading this before commencing business with this unethical operator. For the avoidance of any doubt – I highly recommend not to trade with this business based on our experiences with them.

Just incase you mention this review to Xreflow (whether that’s him directly or their ‘sales team’) this review isn’t written by hackers, spammers or a ‘disgruntled employee’ which is often claimed from firms with poor reviews – you can check out Xreflow’s liquidation papers for free on companies house to see I am a listed creditor for them alongside the bank and HMRC who he has also presumably defaulted on.

Good luck and learn from my painful lesson – steer clear and find someone else!!!

I approached Xreflow to design and host a website and email for my motorsport career. I used the in-house designers to create my site, it’s more than I even could of hoped for.

When we started our own business, we did not have to worry about our IT concerns with only a couple of PC's. A few years later, we now have a number of Desktop PC's, Laptops and Servers to look after. We recently appointed XReflow to monitor and look after the day to day IT issues we have as a small business. Since then, i have not had to worry about servers going offline, PC's being attacked with viruses and network issues which has given me more time to do what i should be doing, running the business.
I particularly like our personal dashboard that allows me to log in and see what each piece of equipment is doing and how its performing. All this for a very reasonable monthly rate. I would quite happily recommend XReflow to any other business owner who is looking for IT support on another level.
