I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided, particularly by Umesh, who was assigned to handle my case. From the very beginning, it has been tough to reach him. Despite multiple attempts to contact him via phone, I was unable to get through. Initially, he provided a timeline outlining how things would progress, but he failed to adhere to those deadlines, which was highly unprofessional.

When it came to preparing the cover letter, the quality was far below acceptable standards. I had to request revisions multiple times, but even after repeated attempts, the changes were not made properly. Ultimately, I had to write the cover letter myself. Ultimately I had to agree to use that cover letter as we ran out of time and he is not responding to me properly.

Furthermore, during the job application process, Umesh sent generic emails to HR departments without optimizing my CV or cover letter to align with the specific needs and goals of the companies. When HR responded with instructions to check their websites for open positions or indicated that roles were available, Umesh failed to take any further action. As a result, I did not receive a single interview, despite being assured that I would receive interviews and that clearing them would be my responsibility.

Additionally, for the visa process, I had to repeatedly follow up with Umesh to get responses regarding my job search. This lack of initiative and support was extremely disappointing, especially considering the significant amount of money I paid for these services.

Given the circumstances, I did not receive the level of service that was promised to me. I had to write my cover letter, constantly chase Umesh for updates, and received no meaningful support in securing interviews or optimizing my applications. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for this particular service, as it did not meet the standards or deliverables that were guaranteed.
