I would like to thank James and his team profusely for their help and work and support I received from them over the last few weeks. As a matter of fact, my notebook broke down and I was turned down or even cheated pretty badly by Asus and Curry's. When I took my notebook to James, he and his team worked a lot on it and realised that it couldn't be repaired for a good price. I was well informed and advised by James who has a talent to explain complicated things easily especially because I'm no engineer. I really appreciate all the time they spent to assure that everything was working well (because I had another issue with my computers). They've done a fantastic job and I couldn't praise their work enough. Thanks again for your dedication and making it clear from now on whom I will choose to get my computer technical problems sorted.

Just a super bunch of professionals. Expert advice and more offered in a friendly, efficient and cost effective manner. If we have an issue with modern technology then they are automatically our first point of call, and they haven’t let us down yet.

Impressive service. Popped in to see if they fix my surface pro. Opted for the fast service and had my machine back the very next day with all data in place and tablet back just as like it was never broken.

I would just like to say thanks to these guys, I was close to blowing up my new gpu and they gave me some advice on what not to do, they had alot of patience with me too as I'm just learning and not exactly pc savvy. They also sold me a power supply that was meant for another job to help me out. Appreciate you guys, thanks alot.

I highly recommend 'Yes Computers'. I have used them a few times and received the same high level customer service each time. James listens to your requirements, doesn't try to sell you the most expensive option but the most appropriate one, no upselling just straight up good advice. The team at Yes are great. They understood my needs and requirements (probably better than me!) and provided and set up a great new gaming laptop for me. I was ridiculously attached to my old rig but despite previous refurbishments by the team the time had come for something new. James could have sold me something much more expensive but he fully explored my needs and we agreed a great new set up. Adam then did the magic imaging my old drive and I was all ready to go. Great customer service, great tech ability and great value for money but above all just really nice people.
