I ordered the Premium intolerance food test which arrived the next working day. Which was Friday. I decided to wait and do the test Monday morning. And I received my results Wednesday lunchtime. I have now booked a consultation which is included in the price. So I can talk to someone more in depth. The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone was so happy and helpful. He sent my link to different things to help me between now and my consultation. Definitely 5 star from me.

The tests for allergies and intolerances were posted out quickly. When they arrived they were well packaged with detailed and clear instructions. I approached the blood samples with trepidation thinking it would be painful and difficult to take them myself, but with some assistance from my hubby, they were quick and almost pain free. Results were processed in a few days even allowing for the time taken for the post office to get them to the lab. Very clear results sheet via the website and great customer service setting up my chat with the nutritionist, and sending through links to further information related to my intolerance, all of which is included in the fee. I have already benefited from having the accurate results and knowing what to eliminate from my diet. So reassuring and takes the guesswork out of my healthcare, at last I know what the problem is. I recently did an allergy and intolerance test. It was easy to do and the results were speedy. My nutritionist call with Tiff was brilliant. She explained everything and gave me some brilliant advice on how to deal with my intolerances. I couldn’t recommend York tests and Tiff more!

I do not recommend at all, I took 2 tests as part of a deal, one said I was highly reactive to cows milk, no shiz I am lactose intolerant, the other said I wasn't. The Test that flagged the cows milk, said I wasn't allergic to kiwi, my doctor disagrees since I nearly died after eating it only a few weeks ago and the doctors tests showed highly reactive and I now have to carry an epi pen. It was after these events that I choose to do the tests to see what else I was allergic too. If anything I feel like I've been conned. Very unhappy, worst £210 I've ever spent.

Edit to update, got a call from one of their customer services, tried to blow smoke up my butt about the science behind things and why something might not show as reactive when it should. It's like the Victorians selling sea water as a miracle cure to cancer. Massive con.

This test has changed my life in 3 months. When I first got my results, I was really quite upset because it felt like I wasn't going to be able to enjoy food anymore. I spoke with Jordan who was really friendly and reassuring and he was right, it does get easier.

I've cut out yeast, egg and dairy for 3 months now and it has transformed me. It's a lot easier than you think it will be too, because it is restrictive at times and you do have to think twice about going out... But it's worth it and I don't think twice about things at the shops now.

Most worthwhile test I've done and it's really simple to do. I'd encourage anyone who has any unexplained symptoms to try this test

I'm really disappointed with this allergy and intolerance test. The results were completely contradictory and don't align with my actual experiences. For example, it said I'm intolerant to milk, but I've never had any issues with milk-containing foods. On the other hand, it said I'm fine with kiwi, even though I'm allergic to it and experience severe reactions when I consume it.

This has led me to question the accuracy and reliability of the entire test. I feel like I've wasted my money and time on this product. If you're considering buying this test, I'd recommend doing some thorough research and exploring alternative options. The advice from expert groups around the world is that IgG tests should not be used as an attempt to diagnose an intolerance, which is exactly what these tests do.
